We will work as a team to determine the best way to provide the services you have chosen. Generally, engagements are either half-day or full-day. But, if your school's or district's needs require regular meetings in shorter periods of time, we can negotiate a plan.
Pricing Structure as of September August 1, 2025
In-House Meetings*:
Half-Day (3.5 hours) - $250.00
Full-Day (6 hours) - $450.00
Video Conferencing:
Half-Day (3.5 hours) - $225.00
Full-Day (6 hours) - $400.00
Office hours rate for both models - $40.00 per hour.
Multiple Days Services* - Both In-House and Video Conferencing for multiple days can be negotiated.Â
*Rates are based on schools within 50 miles of the office. Distances beyond 50 miles will have additional fees for travel. Distance beyond 150 miles may require a fee for overnight stays.
